Client Associate: Full Time (On-Site)
A Client Associate will work to coordinate all client service activities with a focus on delivering the ultimate client experience. This position is critical to building client advocacy and ensuring continued profitability of the practice through identifying organic growth and referral opportunities. This individual spends most of their time in client-facing activities so that the Advisors can focus efforts on growing the practice through marketing and sales activities.
Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's Degree or relevant financial or banking experience (Knowledge of Fidelity, Schwab, or TD Ameritrade platforms a plus)

Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with both clients and teammates

Ability to execute time-sensitive tasks daily while maintaining a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail

Flexible and accommodating

Extensive knowledge of Word & Excel along with knowledge of PowerPoint, websites, and social media, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube

This position will entail limited travel, possibly being asked to travel to other offices from time to time and help with meetings, events, and conferences

Paraplanner: Full Time (On-Site)
The role of Paraplanner supports the firm’s financial advisors and financial planning process by conducting client research, preparing for client meetings, and providing ongoing service/maintenance to clients. The Paraplanner will serve as an in-house expert on financial-planning related client issues. The Paraplanner role provides a growth opportunity into a Jr. Advisor role.
Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's Degree or relevant financial or banking experience (Knowledge of Fidelity, Charles Schwab, or TD Ameritrade platforms a plus)

Series 65 required or obtained within 3 months of joining

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with both clients and teammates

Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining excellent quality standards

Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize

Willingness to pitch in and take on any task that needs to get done, no matter how big or small

Extensive knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, along with knowledge social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube

This position will entail limited travel to satellite offices, company networking events, and conferences

Senior Financial Advisor: Full Time (On-Site)
Senior Financial Advisor with 15+ years of experience seeking an entrepreneurial partnership with a pedigreed, independent wealth management firm. Must demonstrate a commitment to the fiduciary standard and alignment of beliefs: client first, ethically focused, collaborative and committed to growth. Must be able to work effectively in a team environment. Candidate must currently manage an established client base. Following designations preferred: CFP, CFA, CPA, CIMA, MBA.
